Co-extrusion

At the WKW.group, we understand co-extrusion to mean the extrusion of single or multi-component plastics onto a metal carrier preformed by roller burnishing.

Depending on the relevant component requirements, different plastics are also used.

The surface is designed by applying a colored film, lacquering, flocking or various grains.

These technologies are used in our plants in Monaco, France, and Tunisia.

Another specialty offered by these units is plastic injection molding for panels and other automotive functional components.

Roller burnishing of stainless steel decorative and functional components is also part of our product portfolio.
